Short, and written to be read. Using this site means accepting what follows.
What this site is
An independent utility that accepts a Scribd or Everand document link, checks it, shows the public details it can read, and offers a file when a public or authorized version is available. It is provided free of charge, with no account and no subscription.
What it will not do
This tool does not bypass sign-in pages, paywalls, DRM or any other access control, and it will not be modified to. It does not fetch, store, re-host or reassemble documents on this server, and it does not extract page images out of Scribd’s viewer. If a document is behind an access control, the honest answer is that you need permission from whoever holds it, or a subscription with the platform itself.
Your responsibilities
You agree to use this site only for documents you own, have permission to use, or that are publicly available. You are responsible for having the right to any document you obtain, and for how you then use it. You agree not to:
- use the site to infringe anyone’s copyright or other rights;
- attempt to overload, disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer the service;
- circumvent the rate limit, or automate requests at scale;
- use the site where doing so would break the law that applies to you.
Availability
The service is offered as-is, with no guarantee of uptime, and requests are rate limited per visitor so it stays responsive for everyone. It may change or stop at any time without notice. It depends on a third-party platform that can alter its own behaviour at any moment, which may break parts of this tool without warning.

When this site has no authorized file to give you, it may show a button leading to an independent downloader. That service is not operated by, affiliated with or endorsed by this site, nothing is received for the referral, and no assurance is given about what it returns or how it handles your data. Following it is your choice and your risk.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. No promise is made that results will be accurate, complete, or available when you want them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator of this site is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of it, including lost data, lost profits or claims brought by third parties. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
